Common Core Survey
As work on Common Core literacy standards is taken up in schools across the country, it's important that educators, parents, policymakers, and other key decision-makers get a clear picture of what this means for teaching and learning in every discipline. That's why the NEA Center for Great Public Schools is cooperating with the National Center for Literacy Education (NCLE) to invite educators to complete this questionnaire about collaborative professional learning and integrating the Common Core standards into our professional practice.
Survey results will be reported in the aggregate, so your personal responses cannot be traced to you -- so please answer candidly. From the survey results, NEA will be able to generalize about work done on literacy standards by those in the discipline/field -- contributions that may otherwise be overlooked or misunderstood. In return for your time and thoughtful answers, you can elect to have your name entered into a drawing for a $500 Amazon gift card.
Your input is very valuable. Please complete the 20-minute questionnaire by Thursday, October 31, and share it with as many of your educator colleagues as possible and encourage them to complete this questionnaire.
