Delegate Assembly

Delegates are encouraged to sign up for bone marrow registry

This year at Delegate Assembly, the Oklahoma Blood Institute’s Be The Match bone marrow registry will have a booth giving delegates an opportunity to register. All it takes is filling out a little paperwork and swabbing the inside of your cheek.

If you have friends or family members who live close to the Reed Conference Center in Midwest City, they can participate, too. OBI will be at the Reed Center from 2:30-6 p.m. Friday, April 26, to facilitate registration. For thousands of people diagnosed with life-threatening diseases, the only hope of a cure is a bone marrow transplant.

If you are 18-44 and in good health, stop by, swab, and save a life…Be The Match.

LODGING

The Sheraton Midwest City Hotel at the Reed Conference Center will serve as the host hotel for Delegate Assembly. Local associations and their delegates can make their own lodging reservations by visiting our custom Sheraton website. Rates are $99 plus tax (total of $112.22). Reservations are due by April 2.
