Oklahoma Election Guide for November 12, 2019

Elections are scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2019 in 34 Oklahoma counties. Do you have a plan to vote?

Here are the local elections by county:

Beaver County

  • Laverne Public Schools, one proposition. The $1.3 million bond will fund an elementary school roof, vehicles, secure entrances, security equipment, a new HVAC system and equipment for the elementary school gym, an overhaul of the track, and band instruments.

Caddo County

  • Anadarko, seven city propositions.

Canadian County

  • El Reno, mayor.

Carter County

  • Mannsville Public Schools, one proposition. The $535,000 bond will fund security upgrades, technology, playground equipment, and other district-wide repairs. 
  • Wilson, two city propositions.

Cleveland County

  • McLoud Public Schools, one proposition. The $5 million bond will fund a new football complex, soccer field, track, turf at the baseball field, and an administration building, among other repairs. 
  • Moore, one city proposition. 
  • Noble, one city proposition. 
  • Norman, one city proposition. 
  • One county question.

Comanche County

  • Indiahoma Public Schools, one school board seat.
  • Lawton, one city council seat.

Craig County

  • Welch, one town proposition.

Creek County

  • Allen-Bowden Public School, two propositions. The $650,000 propositions will fund roofing, a new van, playground equipment, cafeteria repairs, a gym floor, transportation, and other projects. 
  • Mose Meadows Rural Road District, one proposition.

Custer County

  • Clinton, two city propositions.

Dewey County

  • Sharon-Mutual Public Schools, two propositions. Proposition 1 will raise $17.6 million for a new gym, cafeteria, and classroom addition at the Sharon site; a new track and repairs to the gym, ag building, little league field, septic system, and home economics facilities at the Mutual site; and sidewalks, parking, technology, utilities, and other upgrades throughout the district.

Ellis County

Grady County

  • Minco, one city council seat. 
  • Tuttle, two city propositions.

Harper County

  • Laverne Public Schools, one proposition. The $1.3 million bond will fund an elementary school roof, vehicles, secure entrances, security equipment, a new HVAC system and equipment for the elementary school gym, an overhaul of the track, and band instruments.

Jackson County

Johnston County

  • Mannsville Public Schools, one proposition. The $535,000 bond will fund security upgrades, technology, playground equipment, and other district-wide repairs. 
  • Mill Creek Public Schools, one proposition. The $1.2 million bond will pay for a cafetorium and storm shelter.

Kay County

  • Kildare Public Schools, one proposition.

Kiowa County

  • Indiahoma Public Schools, one school board seat.

Latimer County

  • Buffalo Valley Public Schools, one proposition. The $315,000 bond will fund upgrades to drainage, plumbing, lighting, the cafeteria, and the gym, as well as remodeling at the high school and district vehicles.

Le Flore County

  • Bokoshe Public Schools, one proposition. The $270,000 bond will fund renovations to restrooms, locker rooms, and concessions, and new doors, fire alarms, and an HVAC system. 
  • Shady Point, one board of trustees seat.

Lincoln County

  • McLoud Public Schools, one proposition. The $5 million bond will fund a new football complex, soccer field, track, turf at the baseball field, and an administration building, among other repairs. 
  • Meeker, one board of trustees seat.
  • Tryon, one two proposition.

Logan County

  • Oak Cliff RFPD, one board member seat.

McClain County

  • One county question.

Murray County

Okfuskee County

  • Mason Public Schools, one proposition. The $295,000 bond will fund for painting, flooring, a new intercom system, technology, security, and other maintenance needs. 
  • Okemah, one city proposition.

Oklahoma County

  • McLoud Public Schools, one proposition. The $5 million bond will fund a new football complex, soccer field, track, turf at the baseball field, and an administration building, among other repairs. 
  • Bethany, one city council member.

Osage County

  • Pawhuska, two city propositions. 
  • Tulsa, three city propositions.

Pontotoc County

  • Byng, one proposition.

Pottawatomie County

  • McLoud Public Schools, one proposition. The $5 million bond will fund a new football complex, soccer field, track, turf at the baseball field, and an administration building, among other repairs.

Rogers County

  • Catoosa Public Schools, one proposition. The $2.3 million bond is to purchase land. 
  • Northwest Fire, one board member. 
  • Tulsa, three city propositions.

Tillman County

  • Indiahoma Public Schools, one school board member.

Tulsa County

  • Tulsa, three city propositions.

Wagoner County

  • Catoosa Public Schools, one proposition. The $2.3 million bond is to purchase land. 
  • Tulsa, three city propositions. 
  • Tullahassee, one town proposition.

Washita County

Woodward County
