In the interest of health and safety, OAEA offices have decided to present the 2022 Outreach to Teach and Spring Convention as virtual events. 

Outreach to Teach – the winning school will be asked to build an Amazon Wishlist and OEAA will purchase their items.

Convention – 4 sessions will be offered, each twice: 

• Finding your own mentorship
• How/why to say no
• The importance of knowing your contract
• How to interview the district (at an interview)
