The 2025 Organizing Conference Committee is hard at work planning a great conference for our members. Click the link below and take a moment to complete this short survey to help us identify the needs of our membership.
REGISTRATION
- Early Bird Registration opens November 18, 2024 and will be $30 until January 13, 2025
- Every 5th member registered at a local will be FREE!
- Regular Registration will be $40 after January 13 until registration closes on February 7
- Sponsored Potential Member Registration will be $50 until February 7

If you cannot attend, you must cancel by 5 p.m. Friday, February 7, 2025.

Embassy Suites, Will Rogers OKC Airport (1815 S. Meridian Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73108).
Members attending the conference receive a special discounted rate for their hotel room.

OEA 2nd ANNUAL T-SHIRT CONTEST
- The design must include the red or white OEA logo and the conference title: “Solidarity, transforming our world for the common good.”
- Please do not include the year or “Organizing Conference” so that the shirt is not dated or event specific.
- Limit the design to front side only and no more than three colors.
- Please submit designs by 5pm Friday, December 6.
- The winning design will be selected and announced by the OEA Board of Directors.
OEA STORE
The OEA Store will be open during the conference. You can pay for items by cash, check, or card.
FCPE FUNDRAISER
FCPE will have raffles on Friday and Saturday. Tickets can be purchased with cash, card, or Venmo from the FCPE table.
