Campaign 2022

State Superintendent of Public Instruction

April Grace

The Fund for Children and Public Education invited all Republican candidates for State Superintendent of Public Instruction to discuss their views on public education prior to the primary. Candidates Dr. John Cox, William Crozier, April Grace all participated in the interview.

Ryan Walters did not respond to multiple invitations to meet with OEA members of the FCPE interview team.

The FCPE Steering Committee did not make a recommendation in the primary, and did not meet with Democrat candidate Jena Nelson since she does not have a primary opponent.

Has your precinct changed?

Your legislative district(s) may have changed!

After recent redistricting following the 2020 Census, many Oklahomans now live in a different voting precinct with completely different legislators representing them. You may have a new polling site, too.

Oklahoma’s June 28 primary will be the first election after our legislative districts were redrawn.

Double-check your district by visiting the Oklahoma Voter Portal. Also, watch your mailbox for new voter registration cards. Reserach any changes made to your precinct and start making a plan now to vote June 28!
